EX1.1//R-Home: The scale and form of R-Home engage the diversity of the existing house stock on Near Westside.

Its application of innovative and environmental strategies are serving to Syracuse’s cold climate. The main success of the R-Home is based on the use of passive solar design. 

 

EX1.2 // Formosa 1140: Located in West Hollywood, it is a 11 unit housing project emphasizing the importance of shared open space for both its residence and the community. Due to the need of density Formosa takes the idea of street access, single family housing, and adds one of them onto the other. This proposal creates direct street access for both levels.
